• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and business partners, to facilitate design processes and negotiate outcomes.
• Present your work effectively to diverse audiences, articulating insights and design decisions using a human-centered approach.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in content design, content strategy, or UX writing.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating your process, results, and impact in content design.
• Experience working with established design systems and collaborating with product and tech teams.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Ability to navigate heavily regulated and data-heavy environments.

Nice to Have

• 4+ years of experience in content design or UX writing.
• Experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and their application in content design.
