About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Perform preparatory tasks related to construction projects, including detailed quantity and cost calculations.
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, preparing summaries based on the plans.
  • Conduct price negotiations and technical discussions with contractors and suppliers.
  • Prepare and administer orders and contracts.
  • Compile cost calculations and competitive offers.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to projects.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, prices, and new technologies.
  • Support project management and specialists with administrative and preparatory tasks.
  • Collaborate efficiently with other departments.

Requirements

  • Higher technical education in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Technical Preparer.
  • Analytical thinking skills with a strong ability to create structured analyses and reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, CAD, and TERC software, with AI user knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills.
  • Open to professional challenges and expanding technical knowledge.
  • Ability to work under stress and solve problems effectively.
