About the Role

We are seeking a talented Power BI Full Stack Developer to join our ERAS Data Services team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making within the fellowship and residency recruitment space. As a Power BI Full Stack Developer remote, you will design, develop, and maintain powerful dashboards that deliver critical insights to our internal and external users.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop dashboards using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
  • Integrate various data sources, including databases, files, and APIs, for comprehensive data analysis.
  • Transform and clean data to prepare it for analysis and visualization.
  • Create data models and optimize performance for efficient data retrieval.
  • Utilize DAX to create calculated columns and measures for enhanced data analysis.
  • Implement advanced data analysis techniques, including statistical and predictive modeling.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for dashboards, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in data analytics and visualization.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, PostgreSQL, and DAX.
  • Familiarity with Python and R is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning integration into BI dashboards.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
  • Knowledge of data governance and quality assurance practices.
