Power BI Developer - Remote Position with DAX Expertise

About the Role

TEKsystems is seeking a Power BI Developer with DAX experience to support a large customer of ours. This Power BI Developer remote position is 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You must be a W2 or Green Card holder to qualify for this opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate existing Power BI reports, semantic models, and dashboards across People Analytics workspaces.
• Assess measure logic, data model integrity, and report design to enhance those artifacts to meet current business requirements.
• Write and maintain complex DAX measures against fact tables, including time intelligence patterns and iterator functions.
• Implement dynamic filtering and parameter-driven calculations to optimize data analysis processes.
• Collaborate with business analysts to ensure that the Power BI dashboards meet user needs and expectations.

Requirements

• Experience with Power BI and DAX is essential for this role.
• Strong understanding of data analysis and business analysis principles.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
