PMO Analyst - Remote Opportunity at Superbet

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for a PMO Analyst remote position at Superbet! As a PMO Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our project management capabilities and supporting our transformation initiatives. What You'll Do

• Support the design and maintenance of project dashboards and digital transformation roadmaps, translating raw project data into meaningful reports for senior leadership.
• Help define and maintain the PMO and portfolio documentation library, as well as change management processes and artifacts.
• Maintain portfolio RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), ensuring mitigation actions are tracked and up to date.
• Support portfolio demand tracking, portfolio health reporting, and cross-workstream dependency management.
• Act as a super-user and point of support for project and portfolio management tools.
• Prepare agendas, capture requirements, document outcomes, and actively track actions to completion for meetings and workshops.
• Assist with financial administration activities such as invoice processing, purchase order tracking, and monthly financial reconciliation.
• Act as a central point of contact for portfolio-related queries and coordinate information flow between internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in change management and project management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple parallel priorities and maintain focus on high-impact and high-urgency items.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends across portfolios and multiple data sets.
• Exceptional written communication skills for professional reporting and stakeholder correspondence.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach — you will not only surface issues but also suggest practical workarounds and improvements.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar collaborative productivity tools.
• Experience using Notion and Slack (or similar tools).
• Strong data and reporting skills using Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Familiarity with project and portfolio management frameworks is an advantage.
