Platform Product Manager - KYB Platform (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Platform Product Manager - KYB Platform to join our dynamic team at Tabby. As a Platform Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our KYB platform, which is essential for onboarding, risk assessment, and compliance across various products and markets. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with teams across the globe.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for KYB platform components.
• Define and evolve the platform vision and roadmap, transforming fragmented KYB solutions into scalable reusable platform services.
• Lead complex initiatives across multiple teams, acting as the primary driver of execution for KYB platform outcomes.
• Ensure transparent, data-driven prioritization that balances business needs, technical constraints, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive platform architecture decisions in collaboration with engineering teams and challenge solutions when necessary.
• Design compliant and scalable KYB flows that navigate multi-country contexts and regulatory frameworks.
• Identify automation opportunities and platform improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual work.

Requirements

• MUST have 4+ years of experience working on platform or technical products with a strong understanding of architecture and system design.
• Core expertise in system analysis, system architecture design, and core platform design patterns.
• Strong project management skills, with experience delivering complex cross-team projects.
• Understanding of the current market state in UAE/KSA and best practices for KYB/KYC.
• Nice to have: prior experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Project Manager, combined with experience in Product Management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in defining product vision and strategy, setting and tracking OKRs.
• Practical experience in data analysis and SQL to support product decisions.
• General understanding of UI/UX principles and experience assessing UI/UX quality.
