What You'll Do

• Achieve sales objectives in your assigned area as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong collaborations with pharmacies to develop strategic partnerships.
• Implement the 3D strategy in allocated points of sale according to Reckitt's standards.
• Identify business opportunities and devise solutions to capitalize on them.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly activities in line with sales objectives.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Sales Representative is advantageous.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree is mandatory.
• Basic to conversational English proficiency is required.
• A valid Category B driving license is mandatory.
• Strong analytical thinking and adaptability skills.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented with a focus on solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
