About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Quadient, focusing on remote opportunities in the Parcel Solutions sector. What You'll Do

  • Identify and secure potential parcel locker locations, building relationships with businesses responsible for these spaces.
  • Assess locations for suitability, including foot traffic, accessibility, and connectivity to essential services.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with host organizations, ensuring mutual benefits and clear communication.
  • Coordinate with the Quadient Onboarding and installation teams to facilitate efficient installations of parcel locker solutions.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with location hosts, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns post-installation.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to record actions and manage accounts effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in the Location Finder role.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and perform other duties as required to support the success of Parcel Pending by Quadient.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with a strong desire to thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to multi-task effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of communicating with diverse personalities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce CRM.
  • Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the parcels or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with the eCommerce landscape and its challenges.
  • Previous experience in a business development or sales role.
