About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Pet Sales Associate to join our team remotely. As a Pet Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of pets and their owners, contributing to our mission of creating happier pets and happier people. This remote position allows you to leverage your passion for animals while providing expert advice to customers.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with their pet-related inquiries, providing expert knowledge on pet care and products.
• Ensure the well-being, proper housing, care, and feeding of animals in our stores.
• Manage inventory and orders in the live animal department from start to finish.
• Present products attractively to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Stay updated on current promotions and offers to inform customers effectively.

Requirements

• Passion for animals and the ability to engage customers with that enthusiasm.
• Qualification in animal husbandry or animal welfare, preferably in small mammals, reptiles, aquatics, or birds.
• Practical knowledge in at least one of the specified areas.
• Strong communication skills to connect with customers and promote products.
• Experience in retail or a related field is a plus, but we welcome newcomers as well.

Nice to Have
