About the Role

Right Side Up is seeking a talented Performance Marketing Designer to join our team as a consultant. This is a remote position where you will create high-impact creative assets for paid social and digital advertising channels. As a Performance Marketing Designer, you will focus on developing both static and lightweight motion assets for platforms such as Meta and TikTok. Your work will directly influence the effectiveness of our clients' marketing campaigns, making this a vital role in our creative team.

What You'll Do

• Create compelling static ad assets for Meta, TikTok, and display placements.
• Develop lightweight motion designs, including GIFs and simple animations.
• Adapt creative for multiple formats and platform requirements.
• Translate performance insights into rapid creative testing.
• Collaborate with strategists, media buyers, and copywriters to ensure cohesive campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring new creative directions.
• Prepare and deliver production-ready files optimized for marketing.
• Support clients with ongoing creative ideation and experimentation.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing paid social and performance marketing design work.
• Experience with static ads and direct-response creative best practices.
• Ability to produce GIFs and lightweight animations.
• Comfort working within fast testing cycles.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma.
