Remote Design Engineer - Crafting Exceptional User Experiences

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Design Engineer with refined taste to help evolve the Resend website, product, and brand. As a Remote Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in shaping our user experience and ensuring our product meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

What You'll Do

• Explore designs in Figma and translate them into web-native experiences.
• Build complex and interactive UI web/app experiences.
• Prototype ideas quickly to test concepts and push the product forward.
• Translate customer requests into effective design solutions.
• Collaborate with a fully remote team to ensure cohesive design and functionality.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Experience in design tools such as Figma, and familiarity with modern web technologies.
• Ability to jump into code to polish and improve user experiences.
• Experience in creating high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes.
• 2-5 years of experience in a design role, preferably in a tech environment.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with modern tech stacks (Next.js, Raycast, Retool, Notion).
• Experience working in a fully remote team.
