People Services Specialist - Remote Support Role

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated People Services Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a People Services Specialist, you will provide first-level support to employees across all German subsidiaries, ensuring they receive relevant information and competent assistance with their inquiries. This role is essential for fostering a supportive work environment and enhancing employee satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Provide first-level support to employees, addressing inquiries and offering solutions.
• Utilize digital tools to create contractual documents and employment references.
• Assist in processing requests for Sunday and holiday work.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the People Services area to cover all core personnel processes throughout the Employee Life Cycle.
• Support exciting People projects and contribute your ideas to improve processes.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in HR.
• Strong service orientation and ability to handle employee inquiries confidentially and solution-oriented.
• Structured, precise, and reliable working style.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with SAP is a plus.
• Fluent in German, with excellent communication skills.
