As a leading regional insurance defense law firm, we have nearly four decades of experience in successfully litigating cases for our clients. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere in New York while handling a diverse caseload from inception to resolution.

What You'll Do

• Manage cases efficiently, ensuring timely progress from start to finish.
• Draft legal documents and summarize medical records to support case development.
• Conduct depositions and represent clients in court appearances.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients to strategize on complex litigation cases.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your legal skills.
• Utilize strong research, writing, and communication skills to handle complex legal assignments.
• Maintain good judgment and organizational skills while managing a large caseload.
• Engage in billing for legal services accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in civil litigation, preferably with PIP and SIU matters.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to handle complex legal assignments with good judgment.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Desire to learn and grow in the legal field.
