About the Role

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead - Remote to join our dynamic global payroll team. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and compliant payroll operations across Poland and contributes to the scalability of our payroll processes. As a Payroll Specialist Lead - Remote, you will collaborate with various internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver exceptional payroll services.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Poland, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on payroll requirements, staying updated on legislative changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll processes into operational workflows.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies, exercising sound judgment in complex situations.
• Contribute to the improvement of payroll processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Requirements

• Mid-senior level experience in Polish payroll operations and end-to-end payroll processing.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Proficient in payroll tools and data analysis.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• Familiarity with automation and AI tools in payroll.
