Payroll Specialist Lead - Remote Role for Global Team

About the Role

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist Lead - Remote to join our dynamic global payroll organization at Remote. This role is pivotal in delivering accurate and compliant payroll operations across Poland while contributing to the improvement of our global payroll processes.

What You'll Do

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Poland, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Act as a subject matter expert on Polish payroll requirements, staying updated with legislative changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll execution.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and compliance issues, exercising sound judgment.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of payroll processes, leveraging automation and AI tools.

Requirements

• Mid-senior level experience in payroll operations, specifically in Poland.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end payroll processing in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in English.
• Proficiency in payroll tools and data analysis.

• Experience working in remote or globally distributed teams.
• Fluency in additional languages.
• Experience with payroll systems in multi-country environments.
