• Provide assistance to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries and issues.
• Help maintain compliance with payroll laws and regulations, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience in a Finnish payroll role.
• Proficiency in English (90% or higher).
• Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information.
• Good communication skills to effectively support employees.
