About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Patient Support Specialist - Remote to join our team at Endo Health. What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for users and healthcare professionals, addressing inquiries via phone and written communication.
- Resolve technical and content-related questions, ensuring a thorough understanding of user needs.
- Track and follow up on bugs and issues until resolution, maintaining a high standard of service.
- Utilize modern support tools like Intercom efficiently to maximize their potential.
- Proactively suggest improvements to processes and contribute to the overall enhancement of the support experience.
- Occasionally work outside of standard hours to ensure timely responses, including weekends and holidays.
- Engage with AI tools and technologies, proposing innovative ways to integrate them into patient support.
- Participate in regular team meetings and workations to foster team spirit and collaboration.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
- Ability to work independently and know when to escalate issues to the team.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage complex cases effectively.
- Technical understanding of support tools such as Intercom and Microsoft Office.
- Interest in AI tools and new technologies, with a pragmatic approach to integrating them into daily work.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for workations (3-4 times a year).
- Stable internet connection and proficient typing skills.
