Part-Time Stock Clerk - Flexible Hours

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Stock Clerk to join our team at dm-drogerie markt. This role offers flexible working hours and a supportive team environment. As a Stock Clerk, you will ensure that our products are well-presented and readily available for customers, making a significant impact on their shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Present goods: You will place delivered products on the shelves where they belong, ensuring customers can easily find what they are looking for.
• Maintain shelves: When items are missing, you will take the initiative to restock and organize the shelves, contributing to a pleasant shopping environment.
• Collaborate with the team: You will work closely with your colleagues to ensure smooth operations in the store, even during busy times.
• Adapt to changes: You will demonstrate flexibility as store needs may change, and your reliability will be crucial.
• Engage with products: You will explore the variety of products we offer, enhancing your knowledge and ability to assist customers.

Requirements

• Attention to detail: You should have a passion for organization and be comfortable using smartphones and digital media.
• Team spirit: You will need to work well with others and remain calm under pressure.
• Physical stamina: The role can be physically demanding, so resilience and endurance are important.
• Language skills: Proficiency in German is required to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Availability: You should be available to work between Monday and Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM, as per store needs.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in retail or stock management is a plus.
• Knowledge of customer service principles.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
