Part-Time Retail Support Associate - Flexible Schedules

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Retail Support Associate to join our team at United Pacific. This role offers flexible schedules and a chance to grow within the company. As a Retail Support Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, customer-focused, and clean environment for our patrons.

What You'll Do

• Assist in daily store operations, including cleaning, merchandising, stocking, and food preparation.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for customers.
• Report directly to the Store Manager and adhere to United Pacific policies and procedures.
• Work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays as needed.
• Lift and carry items up to 20 lbs and occasionally climb ladders.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for at least 8 hours.
• Flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors, with physical tasks involved.

Nice to Have

• Previous retail experience is a plus.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
