About the Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Rental Agent for Van & Truck to join our team at SIXT Germany. This remote opportunity allows you to engage with customers and provide exceptional service while working flexible hours. As a Part-Time Rental Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing rental agreements.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and competent service.
  • Create tailored rental offers to enhance customer experiences.
  • Manage rental contracts and respond to customer inquiries in an organized and service-oriented manner.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • Passion for sales and customer service.
  • Experience in direct customer contact, preferably in service, tourism, or sales.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver's license (PKW-Führerschein).

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in the rental or mobility services industry.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
