Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid media.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of paid media channels across digital and offline (TV, OOH, audio).
• Proven ability to develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action.
• Experience managing and guiding agency partners, including planning and prioritization.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Ability to operate autonomously and navigate ambiguity effectively.
