About the Role

In this role, you will own the paid acquisition strategy across all major channels, driving growth and innovation in our marketing efforts.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and other performance channels.
• Manage budget allocation, campaign scaling, and performance analysis to optimize growth.
• Design and run continuous experiments to enhance creative strategies and audience targeting.
• Utilize AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure high-quality ad production and messaging.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in scaling paid acquisition in fast-paced environments.
• Deep expertise with Meta Ads and TikTok; familiarity with additional platforms is a plus.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to work independently with raw data.
• Experience with AI tools and automation for growth workflows.
• Proven track record of driving successful paid campaigns and creative strategies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DSPs and emerging advertising platforms.
• Familiarity with creative production tools such as Arcards.ai or Creatify.
• Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mindset.
