Outbound Marketing Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for an Outbound Marketing Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to build our outbound marketing function from the ground up. As an Outbound Marketing Manager remote, you will design and implement our entire outbound infrastructure, including LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, and optimizing our messaging strategies.

What You'll Do

• Design, select, and implement our outbound tech stack from scratch, including tool selection and integration.
• Own all tooling decisions across prospecting, enrichment, sequencing, and CRM integration.
• Build and execute LinkedIn messaging campaigns at scale, including connection request sequences and follow-up messages.
• Write all LinkedIn copy personally to ensure high engagement rates.
• Manage campaign execution, including send scheduling and meeting booking coordination.
• Own the fully loaded Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) calculation for every outbound channel.
• Run continuous A/B tests to optimize targeting and messaging.
• Collaborate with the Director of Sales to define qualification standards for meetings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in outbound marketing or sales.
• Proven track record of building successful outbound marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools.
• Excellent copywriting skills for outreach and messaging.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management.
