About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Specialist - Web3 Wallet - KOL remote to join the Binance Wallet team. This role involves building a decentralized version of Binance, which includes on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, and decentralized Earn features. As an Operations Specialist, you will empower users with full control over their assets, facilitating seamless token trading across any blockchain. This Web3 initiative is crucial to our strategic landscape and complements our centralized exchange (CEX) business, offering significant growth potential. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve assigned KPIs.
  • Own and manage the Referral program operations, including performance tracking, data analysis, and continuous optimization.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with KOLs, traders, and community partners, including onboarding, communication, performance follow-up, and incentive alignment.
  • Analyze issues faced by users and propose effective solutions.
  • Investigate business and user demands (trading behavior, referral performance, KOL feedback) and propose scalable solutions and implementation plans.
  • Analyze user feedback, trading data, and rebate performance to identify issues, optimize incentive mechanisms, and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, including trading competitions, referral promotions, and KOL-led initiatives.
  • Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Web3 and finance industries.
  • Strong logical thinking ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven and quick learner with a sense of responsibility.
  • Self-motivated with strong capabilities to handle challenges.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) projects.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications.
  • Previous experience in community management or KOL engagement.
