About the Role

• Utilize TMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite to track operations and maintain accurate records.
• Assist in procurement and supply chain management tasks.
• Support billing tasks and ensure accurate invoicing for services rendered.
• Participate in team building and corporate events to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling and data entry, to streamline operations.
• Engage in conflict resolution and problem-solving to address client concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this Operations Representative - Remote position.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, or customer service is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with TMS platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
