About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager (Korean Speaker) - Remote to join our dynamic team at Bitget. What You’ll Do

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including online and offline events, community management, and content marketing aligned with platform goals.
  • Monitor campaign results, analyze performance metrics, and refine strategies to enhance user experience and ROI.
  • Expand and manage global exchange channels, including KOL partnerships and community development initiatives.
  • Drive user acquisition and transaction growth through targeted channel operations and data-driven resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement user growth strategies to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value across the user lifecycle.
  • Build and enhance data analysis frameworks to track operational metrics and continuously optimize performance.
  • Conduct competitive and industry analysis to identify trends, benchmark best practices, and recommend strategic improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in web3 or crypto industry operations, preferably with overseas market exposure.
  • Solid understanding of social media operations, content marketing, and user growth strategies.
  • Proven expertise in campaign planning, execution, and data analysis.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Fluency in Korean and either English or Chinese.
