Operational Data Analyst - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking an Operational Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Uni Systems. This Operational Data Analyst remote position offers you the chance to work with large data sets, support decision-making processes, and contribute to our mission of turning digital visions into reality.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and conduct of studies, manipulating large data sets to provide insights.
• Perform data collection, collation, and analysis using tools such as Python, MS Excel, and MAVEN Smart System (MSS).
• Present data findings in a clear and logical manner, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Produce verified data sets under time pressure using MS Office tools at an expert level.
• Summarize results for dashboards (e.g., Power BI, MSS), PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents.
• Assist in the development and update of documentation and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Recent experience in conducting analysis to support decision-makers.
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to develop and apply simple programming/coding tools to support analysis.
• Experience with data science techniques/tools, Power BI, and statistical software (e.g., R) is a plus.
• An active NATO Security Clearance is required.
• Fluency in English (at least B2 level).

Nice to Have

• Experience with MAVEN Smart System and other data integration tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis.
