About the Role

We are looking for an Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Meeko. As an Online Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients, which include daycare centers and early childhood organizations, effectively use our innovative application. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact on our users' experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with inquiries and help resolve their issues related to our application.
• Guide users to optimize their experience with Meeko, ensuring they can fully utilize our features.
• Listen to customer needs and provide feedback to improve our product.
• Train new users and support them in getting started with the application.
• Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to ensure a smooth and quality customer experience.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic and organized individual, capable of thriving in a growing environment.
• Comfortable with technology and digital tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Previous experience in customer support, client relations, or training is a plus.
