Office Coordinator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join our team remotely. This Office Coordinator role is crucial in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. You will provide administrative, operational, and logistical support while serving as a central point of contact for employees, guests, and vendors. As an Office Coordinator, you will help maintain an organized, welcoming, and efficient work environment.
What You'll Do
- Monitor, organize, and replenish office and kitchen supplies, food, and beverages.
- Maintain office supplies and general office inventory.
- Support food service programs and vendor relationships (supplies, catering, etc.).
- Coordinate office maintenance requests and work with facilities or building management as needed.
- Liaise with Facilities, Maintenance, and IT to assess and address office needs.
- Help maintain an organized, safe, and welcoming office environment.
- Support planning and coordination of company social events, including Summer and Winter Celebrations.
- Organize catering and event logistics.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1–2 years of administrative, office coordination, or related experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and/or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Collaborative team player with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Must be able to easily lift 30-50 lbs.
Nice to Have
- Experience in event planning.
- Familiarity with office management software.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
