What You'll Do

• Lead the operational responsibilities during night shifts, ensuring efficient production processes.
• Coach and guide technicians in their daily tasks, focusing on quality and delivery precision.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor production activities while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with other functions to enhance team performance and operational methods.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes for better efficiency.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education, preferably with a technical focus.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in production leadership.
• Experience with budget management and performance accountability.
• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of Lean methodologies and production planning.
• Experience in the railway industry or other technology-heavy sectors is a plus.
