As a Network Operations Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

What You'll Do

• Respond to emergencies at base station locations (shift work).
• Perform installation, configuration, and repair of telecommunications equipment.
• Conduct outdoor and indoor installation work, including low-voltage electrical wiring and antenna mounting.
• Measure signals and test telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to organize and prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Experience in servicing telecommunications hardware, including installation and repair.
• High-altitude work experience and certification.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work independently.
• Attention to detail and strong concentration skills.
• Technical education in electronics or telecommunications is preferred.
• Valid Category B driver's license.

Nice to Have

• Experience with network monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of telecommunications standards and regulations.
• Certifications related to telecommunications or networking.
