About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated, positive, and enthusiastic individual to join our People Team as a Learning & Development Support Intern. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of training and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Learning & Development Support Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the Learning & Development function, contributing to the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and supporting business performance.

What You'll Do

  • Support the organization and scheduling of training sessions (internal and external).
  • Assist in coordinating logistics such as meeting invitations, training rooms, participant lists, and materials.
  • Help manage training calendars and internal communications related to learning initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
  • Support the implementation of internal learning initiatives such as workshops and development programs.
  • Deliver short presentations or training sessions under supervisor’s guidance.
  • Collaborate with different departments to collect training needs and feedback.
  • Maintain and update training records and attendance reports.
  • Support the monitoring of training participation and completion rates.
  • Assist in preparing training reports and basic analysis on learning activities.
  • Help promote learning initiatives through internal communication channels.
  • Contribute to improving the employee learning experience by gathering feedback and suggestions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Curiosity, motivation, analytical thinking, precision, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Interest and attitude towards various IT systems usage.
  • Good level of IT literacy.
