Junior Performance Reporting Manager - Finance Team

About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Performance Reporting Manager to join our Finance/Commercial Excellence team in Hamburg. In this role, you will be responsible for regional performance reporting, cross-country consolidation, and financial management of our markets. As a Junior Performance Reporting Manager, you will work closely with country organizations and management, diving into details while keeping the big picture in mind. Your analytical and pragmatic approach will make a measurable difference—whether in monthly performance reporting, exciting special analyses at the country level, or in financial planning. What You'll Do

• Oversee regional financial consolidation across multiple countries, ensuring data quality and transparency.
• Manage monthly regional performance reporting, including variance analyses against budget, forecast, and prior year.
• Contribute to the development of reporting standards, templates, and timelines in coordination with central finance stakeholders.
• Create structured management reports and presentations for regional leadership.
• Support the optimization of reporting processes and the automation and improvement of data quality.
• Collaborate with country organizations as the finance point of contact for defined topics.
• Conduct analyses and deep dives to identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist with monthly closings, forecasts, and planning cycles.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in performance reporting, controlling, or financial planning—ideally in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of P&L structures and performance drivers.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a plus.
• Structured, independent working style with a hands-on mentality.
• Very good English skills and enjoyment in collaborating with international stakeholders. German language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally rounds out your profile.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a MedTech or healthcare-related field.
• Familiarity with financial software and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of international financial regulations.
