Network and DeltaV Systems Engineer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Network and DeltaV Systems Engineer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and executing project delivery from proposal to site acceptance. You will design and implement both wired and wireless networks for DeltaV and IT systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement network solutions for DeltaV and IT systems.
• Install and administer Windows systems in a domain, including remote access capabilities.
• Provide first-line support for troubleshooting DeltaV and IT hardware and software issues.
• Analyze customer requirements and participate in workshops regarding OT designs and solutions.
• Develop system architecture and network/cybersecurity-related design and documentation.
• Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) with customers.
• Escalate project issues to the Lead Engineer or Project Manager with appropriate mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with overseas offices for scope understanding, schedule management, and progress reporting.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in networking, including managed and unmanaged switches, firewalls, routers, and wireless networks.
• Experience in server management, patch management, antivirus, backup and recovery management, and virtualized infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Engineering or Science degree with CCNA and cybersecurity certification preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with DeltaV systems and virtualization within a Windows OS environment.
• Familiarity with customer-facing workshops and technical queries.
