About the Role

We are seeking a talented MLOps Manager to join our team at Botify Tech. This MLOps Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of engineers while driving excellence in AI and machine learning projects. You will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality project delivery and fostering innovation within the team.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a team of 3-5 engineers, ensuring project goals are met with high standards.
  • Translate business objectives into effective MLOps strategies.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to align technical initiatives with product and research needs.
  • Utilize observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Oversee commercial projects involving deep learning, LLMs, and NLP.
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) practices using Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams and stakeholders to support their objectives.
  • Communicate effectively across various departments to ensure alignment and success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing teams of engineers in an MLOps environment.
  • Strong client-facing and project management skills.
  • Experience with deep learning, LLMs, and NLP technologies.
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple departments.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Ability to develop and manage project plans effectively.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MLOps or related fields.
