About the Role

We are seeking a Middleware System Administrator with Oracle WebLogic expertise to join our IT team. This is a full remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our exciting projects.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and administer Oracle WebLogic Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of WebLogic applications.
  • Monitor system performance and conduct troubleshooting for application issues.
  • Support development teams with deployment activities and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Manage security, users, domains, and clusters within the WebLogic environment.
  • Work in DEV, TEST, and PROD environments to maintain system integrity.
  • Utilize Linux/Unix systems for effective management and automation tasks.
  • Engage in problem-solving and analytical tasks to enhance system performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Middleware System Administrator with Oracle WebLogic.
  • Strong skills in installation, configuration, and administration of WebLogic.
  • Experience in managing DEV, TEST, and PROD environments.
  • Familiarity with automation scripts (bash, shell, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in enterprise environments and multi-tier architectures.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of additional middleware technologies.
  • Experience with cloud environments.
  • Certifications related to Oracle WebLogic or middleware technologies.
