Middle/​Senior Graphic Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

Join Planner 5D as a Middle/Senior Graphic Designer in a fully remote capacity. This role offers you the chance to create high-quality visual and motion assets that will significantly impact our marketing efforts. As a Middle/Senior Graphic Designer, you will leverage your skills to enhance our platform, which is used by over 100 million users worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Design and deliver high-quality marketing visuals for landing pages, paid ads, promos, CRM campaigns, and SMM materials.
• Create engaging motion graphics for promo videos, ads, and social media content.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance production workflows, including concept generation and image creation.
• Own visual solutions from brief to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and performance focus.
• Adapt and optimize designs for multiple platforms, formats, and resolutions.
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketers, copywriters, and product designers to shape strong visual concepts.
• Proactively suggest visual and motion improvements based on performance data and trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or product-driven teams.
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing visuals and motion design examples.
• Advanced skills in Figma, including complex layouts and components.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Solid motion design skills in After Effects.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for web, social, video, and CRM channels.
• AI-native mindset with confidence in using generative AI tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Strong communication skills and readiness to collaborate cross-functionally.
• English level B2 or higher.

Nice to Have

• Experience with expressions and templates in After Effects.
• Familiarity with trends in design, motion, marketing, and AI.
