About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Senior Product Owner - Credit Card Portfolio to join our dynamic team at Qode Jobs. This role requires relocation to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and offers an exciting opportunity to lead product development in a fast-paced environment. As a Product Owner, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the future of our credit card products, impacting over 20 million customers globally.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the vision and roadmap for the Credit Card product portfolio, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize features and assess trade-offs.
- Manage the full product development lifecycle, from problem definition and discovery to design, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize data-driven insights to measure success and inform product decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead sprint planning and backlog management, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate effective product delivery rituals, capturing outcomes in Jira and Confluence.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support, to ensure operational readiness of credit card features.
- Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives, framing problems and defining success metrics for responsible rollout and monitoring.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in high-growth digital or tech companies, particularly in credit cards or related fields.
- Strong technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on APIs and integrations.
- Exceptional product judgment and prioritization skills, with a focus on delivery and measurable outcomes.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while managing diverse stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and the Atlassian suite, with a preference for familiarity with AI/ML initiatives.
Nice to Have
- Certifications in Scrum or Agile methodologies.
- Experience in shipping AI-enabled features or collaborating with data/ML teams.
