Mid-Senior Product Designer - Global Health and Wellbeing

About the Role

We're hiring a Mid-Senior Product Designer to join our team at Scalepex, a firm dedicated to transforming global health and wellbeing. This remote role allows you to work from anywhere in Mexico while contributing to a platform that positively impacts millions of lives.

What You'll Do

• Design user-centered solutions for our health and wellbeing platform, ensuring a seamless experience across web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, and developers in an agile environment to iterate on designs based on user feedback.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
• Utilize tools like Figma and Jira to manage design workflows and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Product Design or UX roles, particularly in health or wellbeing domains.
• A bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with accessibility standards and creating scalable design systems.
• Familiarity with data visualization and admin tools.
• Background in game design or loyalty programs.
