About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team at W3R Consulting. This remote opportunity allows you to leverage your extensive recruiting experience while working from anywhere in the United States. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying and placing top-tier candidates in the healthcare sector. Your expertise in recruitment will help shape the future of our organization and ensure we meet our human resource needs effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, interview, and recommend candidates from both internal and external sources.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with all levels of management to ensure adequate coverage of human resource needs.
  • Consult with management to identify and recommend the most qualified candidates for various roles.
  • Extend offers to selected candidates and assist with relocation arrangements when necessary.
  • Stay informed of developments in wages, salaries, employee benefits, and general HR policies.
  • Direct activities of recruiters supporting talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Analyze and implement talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns to attract candidates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business.
  • 7+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HR.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate recruiting and healthcare insurance.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to partner with managers in the hiring process.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Workday ATS.
  • SPHR certification.
  • Project management skills.
  • Experience developing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
