Mid-Level Reporting and Data Analyst - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Reporting and Data Analyst remote to join our team at Lago. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about data analysis and want to make a significant impact in the marketing field. As a Reporting and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing dashboards, tracking performance, and generating insights across various marketing channels. This position allows you to work remotely from the Philippines, LATAM, or Serbia, offering flexibility and the chance to be part of a global team.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and update reporting dashboards to ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Standardize reporting frameworks and troubleshoot any data discrepancies.
• Analyze marketing performance across channels to identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
• Translate data into actionable insights that support decision-making.
• Work within GA4, ad platforms, and call tracking tools to ensure proper tracking and attribution.
• Maintain standardized reporting processes and support internal and client-facing reporting needs.
• Collaborate with activation teams to ensure timely delivery of reports.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or marketing analytics.
• Strong experience with GA4 and familiarity with dashboards such as Looker, Data Studio, Improvado, or SA360.
• Experience with ad platforms and marketing metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have

• Experience with call tracking platforms like CallRail or WhatConverts.
• Familiarity with SQL or advanced data tools.
• Experience working with multi-channel marketing data and supporting paid media teams.
• Experience working with US-based clients.
