About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Generic Systems Administrator to join NHS Forth Valley's Digital eHealth team in this remote opportunity. As a Generic Systems Administrator remote, you will play a crucial role in organizing, coordinating, and managing the configuration and development of our GP Clinical Systems while providing ongoing support and advice to users.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the configuration and development of GP Clinical Systems.
  • Provide reports and statistics for clinicians, senior staff, and external organizations.
  • Conduct auditing of user access to the GP Clinical System.
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff at all levels.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of users.

Requirements

  • Degree level education or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in IT, particularly with eHealth clinical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in providing user support and training.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in project teams.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of GP Patient Management Systems used in the NHS.
