What You'll Do

• Utilize AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor in your product development workflow.
• Design and implement microservice architectures and message-based systems.
• Collaborate with a small, multicultural team to deliver high-quality AI automation solutions.
• Engage in async communication and remote work practices effectively.
• Contribute to the modernization of legacy enterprise systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Automation Developer or similar role.
• Solid understanding of microservice architecture and distributed systems.
• Previous remote work experience and comfort with async communication.
• Mid-level or senior experience in product development, DevOps, or sysadmin/ops.
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in product development.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a product/end-to-end builder.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency in Polish or Ukrainian languages.
