Member of Growth - Financial Institutions Group (FIG)

About the Role

We are seeking a Member of Growth, Financial Institutions Group (FIG) remote to join Anchorage Digital, the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions. This role is pivotal as we support traditional financial institutions in their journey into the digital asset space. You will engage with clients, refine strategic directions, and collaborate with various partners across Anchorage.

What You'll Do

• Conduct primary research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives across FIG and specific business lines.
• Manage cross-functional projects, representing FIG with other departments.
• Engage in client conversations to foster relationships and promote business growth.
• Collaborate with teams in Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Product to define strategy and execution.
• Contribute to strategic proposals, presentations, and business plans.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in traditional financial services, with at least 1 year in an institutional-focused crypto business.
• Strong analytical, writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory considerations related to the FIG business.
• Experience in managing cross-functional initiatives tied to institutional product delivery.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, Java, or SQL is a plus.

• Experience in trading, settlements, and custody infrastructure.
• Emotional connection to the soundtrack of Hamilton, reflecting a passion for financial systems.
