About the Role

Join Anchorage Digital as a Member of Client Operations, Custody, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients' daily operations in the crypto space. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading digital asset platform, enabling institutions to engage in custody, trading, and staking of digital assets.

What You'll Do

  • Service institutional clients by managing operational tasks and developing processes that align with their needs.
  • Conduct transaction reviews and approvals to ensure compliance and risk management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Experience, Sales, Compliance, and Product, to address complex client requests.
  • Participate in regular evening and weekend on-call rotations to support client operations.
  • Develop familiarity with all product and service offerings, gaining a deep understanding of supported cryptocurrencies.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in financial services or the digital asset industry.
  • Experience supporting institutional client operations in a heavily regulated environment.
  • Familiarity with US Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
  • Ability to navigate various systems and tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, and Looker.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with team members and clients effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with TRM, Notabene, or Jira.
  • Interest in blockchain technology and crypto-economics.
  • Experience with different channels of support including chat, text, and video conferencing.
