Martech Director - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Martech Director remote to lead our Analytics and Data capabilities in Italy. This role combines hands-on expertise, team leadership, and business growth. You will work closely with clients to turn data into actionable insights while building and developing a strong local team.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the Analytics and Data teams in Italy.
• Deliver analytics, data, and cloud solutions for clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business and translate data into clear actions.
• Support business growth through pitches, proposals, and strategic input.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners (e.g., Google).
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Act as the escalation point for client or team issues.
• Support hiring, mentoring, and team development.
• Monitor performance, pipeline, and results.

Requirements

• Strong experience in marketing analytics and data.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, BigQuery, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R).
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience working with media data (Google Ads, Meta, Campaign Manager, etc.) and activating data into advertising platforms.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience managing or mentoring teams.

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments.
