Marketing Web Content Specialist - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Web Content Specialist to join our dynamic team at NICE. This remote opportunity allows you to contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences while working flexibly from home or in our Manila office. As a Marketing Web Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and updating content on NICE.com, ensuring a seamless multilingual website experience.

What You'll Do

• Publish, update, and maintain website pages using our CMS and component-based templates.
• Ensure content is accurate, on-brand, accessible, and follows SEO best practices.
• Conduct quality assurance across devices and troubleshoot common front-end issues.
• Manage the end-to-end translation publishing workflow, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and translation vendors to maintain language parity.
• Work with developers on site enhancements and support ongoing conversion optimization efforts.
• Keep documentation up to date, including translation workflows and QA checklists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in website content management or web operations.
• Proficiency in CMS tools, particularly WordPress.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for diagnosing and fixing formatting issues.
• Experience managing multilingual websites and translation workflows.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with headless or component-based web architectures (React/Next.js).
• Experience with SEO basics and analytics tools (GA4).
• Comfortable working with project management tools like Monday or Jira.
