About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team at Axiomatics. This remote opportunity allows you to work closely with our marketing and sales teams, ensuring our systems and processes are optimized for success. As a key player in our collaborative revenue team, you will help drive lead management and measurable growth from our Stockholm HQ to global markets.

What You'll Do

• Act as a key partner for both marketing and sales teams, ensuring timely lead routing and seamless handoffs to accelerate the sales pipeline.
• Administer our CRM platform (HubSpot) and build workflows, automation rules, and lead scoring models that power our growth.
• Build dashboards that translate funnel metrics into actionable insights, helping stakeholders track ROI and pipeline contribution.
• Drive tool adoption across the company, creating documentation and identifying opportunities to improve our global technology stack.
• Collaborate with colleagues globally, ensuring effective communication and project management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, capable of identifying patterns in data.
• Excellent communication skills in English, comfortable syncing with North American colleagues.
• Ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision while staying connected to the team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot and ZoomInfo.
• Knowledge of database management and GDPR/Data governance best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
