Growth Marketing Manager - Product-Led Growth (Remote)
About the Role
We are excited to announce an opening for a Growth Marketing Manager (Remote) at Tonic AI. As a fast-growing, Series B company, we operate at the critical intersection of data privacy and AI agents. Our flagship product, Tonic Fabricate, is a vital component of the modern AI development stack, enabling high-quality synthetic data generation. In this role, you will own the Product-Led Growth (PLG) funnel for Tonic Fabricate, focusing on optimizing user journeys from signup to conversion.
What You'll Do
- Drive the strategy for the self-serve experience, translating high-level growth goals into actionable experiments and features.
- Monitor user journeys obsessively using tools like Amplitude or Mixpanel to identify drop-off points and run A/B tests.
- Partner with Product to test pricing gates and self-serve pathways, ensuring a frictionless "swipe-to-pay" experience.
- Map customer journeys and define key stages, building multi-channel automated flows to guide users through onboarding and activation.
- Utilize product data to nurture highly active users with personalized triggers, guiding them toward paid tiers.
- Define the "Aha!" moment for Tonic Fabricate and create in-app checklists and welcome series to enhance user experience.
- Instrument the platform to identify high-intent users and facilitate a seamless hand-off to the sales team.
- Implement viral features to drive growth within organizations, enhancing user engagement and retention.
Requirements
- 3+ years of growth marketing or "growth engineering" experience, specifically within product-led growth and self-service SaaS.
- Technical fluency with SQL for cohort analysis and funnel deep-dives.
- AI-forward mindset with the ability to implement exponential efficiency through AI.
- Creative problem-solving skills to experiment and test innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-informed approach to growth funnels and conversion optimization.
- Builder mentality, eager to develop the PLG playbook for a technical product.
