Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover) to join our team at saas.group. This remote position is a fantastic opportunity to lead marketing efforts for our zenloop brand for a 9-month fixed-term contract starting in May 2026. As the sole marketing lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our brand presence and lead generation.

What You'll Do

• Continuously optimize lead generation channels such as SEO, SEM, and Email to ensure a steady flow of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
• Plan and execute industry conferences, managing logistics, booth coordination, and lead capture.
• Manage quarterly customer and lead-generation webinars, overseeing technical setups and speaker briefings.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to audit and refine marketing workflows, increasing efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive lead generation and manage end-to-end marketing funnels within a B2B SaaS context.
• Embrace an AI-first mindset, leveraging tools like ChatGPT and automation platforms to streamline processes.
• Own your roadmap and prioritize high-impact tasks while providing guidance to a Marketing Student.
• Utilize CRM systems and outbound automation tools to enhance marketing efforts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, particularly in lead generation and marketing funnels.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own projects.
• Full professional proficiency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
• Understanding of basic web technologies, including APIs and web hooks.
• Availability for a 9-month contract starting in May 2026.
